Claim your prize online

You can claim your prize online now if:

• You’re 18 or older.
• You’re the sole owner of the ticket and sole claimant of the associated prize.
• You live in Canada.

Please note that you will be asked to provide photos of the ticket. See our photo-taking instructions.

You should know

Claiming a prize online takes 5 to 10 minutes.

It takes four to six weeks for us to process your prize claim if it’s complete and complies with all the requirements.

If you won a gift, it will be mailed to you — however, in some cases, it may be emailed to you.
